Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SuperAI, the SuperAI Desktop application, the SuperAI Roblox Studio plugin, or the website at hideoutbot.xyz (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SuperAI is a free AI-powered copilot for Roblox Studio that enables users to generate game environments, mechanics, scripts, and assets using natural language prompts. The Service includes a desktop application, a Roblox Studio plugin, and a website.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Our Rights

The SuperAI software, including but not limited to its source code, design, UI/UX, branding, logos, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by SuperAI and its creator. All rights are reserved. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the SuperAI software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SuperAI application or plugin
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary labels
• Create derivative works based on the SuperAI software
• Use the SuperAI name, logo, or branding without explicit written permission
• Redistribute the SuperAI application or plugin through unauthorized channels

3.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the Roblox games, scripts, and content you create using SuperAI. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your generated content complies with Roblox's Terms of Use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SuperAI to:

• Generate content that violates Roblox's Community Standards or Terms of Use
• Create malicious scripts, exploits, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse API keys, or overload the Service
• Impersonate SuperAI or its creators
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell access to the Service or API keys

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

SuperAI requires API keys from third-party AI providers (Groq, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic) to function. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining your own API keys and complying with each provider's terms of service
• Keeping your API keys secure and confidential
• Any charges incurred through your API key usage with third-party providers
• Complying with the usage policies of each AI provider

SuperAI is not responsible for any costs, data handling, or service disruptions related to third-party AI providers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERAI AND ITS CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data, profits, or revenue
• Damage to your Roblox games or Studio projects
• Costs related to third-party API usage
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any content generated by AI that causes harm or violates third-party rights

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which is $0, as SuperAI is free).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuperAI, its creator, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you generate using the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including Roblox's Terms of Use

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abuse of the Service or AI generation capabilities
• Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the community

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3, 6, 7, and 8 survive termination.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
